Say Hello to Newegg Customer Service!

The current EggXpert staff is moving on to grander projects, and Newegg Customer Service will be assuming many of their responsibilities, from patrolling the forums to compiling the monthly newsletter. As we give them a well earned pat on the back and a fond farewell, here is a brief intro of the new Egg Staff.

Jas0n - Hi there. I'm the new Lead Admin for the EggXpert community and a Newegg Customer Service supervisor. We're dedicated and determined to providing complete satisfaction, and I see first hand the internal efforts we make each day. Our philosophy is simple: appreciate and love our customers as we would our own family. I envision a bright future for EggXpert, and there is no doubt in my mind that we are and will remain the best online community in the world.

Ubberegger83 - As part of the last line of defense at Newegg CS, I help ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with his or her recent shopping experience. We leave no egg to spoil, and EggXpert is a great way of uniting our loyal customer base, the techie community and any electronic enthusiasts. As moderator of your forum, I look forward to its growth and continued innovation. Eggers for life!

ning - As a member of Newegg's CS team, I enjoy getting my hands dirty whenever and wherever I can. This means leaving no egg unturned - including here at EggXpert. As on of the mods on your forum, I look forward to watching the community grow and push boundaries within the whole shopping 2.0 scheme-of-things. Let's face it, techies do it best!

villa11- A member of Newegg's outstanding CS team, my job is to make sure all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience. Customer service is our number one priority, and we work hard everyday to make your shopping experience one you will never forget. I have every confidence that EggXpert will evolve into the place to be to meet new people and to learn new things.

Yubi - My present roles include EggXpert Moderator and Newegg CS. We're known for treasuring our customers and offering, not only a great place to shop, but a fair resolution team that will always go the extra mile. There's no reason for EggXpert to be any different. It's a place for us to join together and share our knowledge and experiences, and I look forward to giving you a hand.

RoddyR - I oversee the implementation of new software and features to improve our relationship with customers. EggXpert is just the first step in the exciting growth of our beloved community. In all my years working with Newegg and our customers, it's amazing how far we've come and the friendships we've made along the way. As for the future of EggXpert... well, you'll just have to wait and see, but I look forward to working with everyone here in our Newegg family.

sj1dog- Hello! My current job duties include finding new ideas and ways to improve the Newegg and EggXpert sites in order to make them more user friendly while encouraging more and more happy visitors. I am looking forward to the future of EggXpert and all it has to offer. I think we can agree that Newegg customers are the best! There is nothing but upside for what the future holds!

sonyainca - Greetings! I spend my day at Newegg providing employees with helpful information, overseeing morale-boosting activities and making sure communications between all departments are running smoothly. I'm currently heading the EggXpert newsletter team. My goal is to make EggXpert a second home for everyone out there; we want to encourage the same helpful and fun atmosphere that has shaped our Customer Service department. We're a team that thrives on innovation, and everyone is heard.

auden- My current roles are helping with the EggXpert newsletter and assisting with internal communication. EggXpert is the place to be for Newegg fans and shoppers, and I have no doubt that we'll evolve beyond the ordinary into something new and unique.
