Unless otherwise exempted herein, the Contest is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded) age 18 or older (“Entrant”). The Contest begins at 6:00PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 8, 2010 and ends at 11:59PT on July 5, 2010 (“Contest Period”). A Judging Panel will choose the best photograph submissions and award prizes accordingly. Voters’ Choice Prizes will be awarded to the Entrant whose Qualifying Photo receives the highest number of votes. The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator by telephone (if available), email and by a one-time publication of the names of the winner in the next regularly-scheduled issue of the newegg.com newsletter following the drawing date. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline. Limit: One (1) Entry per each category per person/email address during the Contest Period.
