- Choose the number of labels you will need. (Note: labels for ink cartridges fit up to 10 cartridges. Labels for toner
cartridges fit up to 6 cartridges. We suggest shipping a minimum of 5 ink cartridges for each box or 3 toner cartridges for
each box.)
- Download your label.
Pack it.
Make sure you choose a box size that is suitable to fit the contents. Any box that is rigid and in excellent shape with no punctures, tears, rips or corner damage will do. Carefully place the laser toner or inkjet cartridges into the box, using bubble wrap or newspaper to separate them. You may also use the original boxes your cartridges came in. Tape two to three of these boxes together and ship them using the free, pre-paid mailing label available for download on the site. Please make sure to package ink cartridges and toner cartridges in different boxes.
Ship it for recycling.
The sealed box can be given to a UPS driver when he/she arrives to make a delivery/pickup or you can take
it to a UPS drop-off facility.
