Through the PayPal-Newegg 2009 Holiday (the “Promotion”), Newegg customers are eligible to receive a discount (“Discount”) on the price of certain products purchased between December 14, 2009 and December 20, 2009, subject to the terms set forth on this page.   A product eligible for a Discount under this Promotion (“Eligible Product”) will have a promo code displayed on the Newegg website indicating the value of the Discount for that product.  The size of a Discount may vary from Eligible Product to Eligible Product.

To claim a Discount, your order of an Eligible Product must be placed on the www.newegg.com website at any time beginning at 12:01 am (Pacific Time) on December 14, 2009 and ending at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on December 20, 2009, and you must enter the applicable promo code when ordering.  For purposes of this Promotion, your order is deemed placed at the moment you complete the checkout process.  Eligible Discounts are applied at time of purchase.

Please note: A Discount for an Eligible Product is only available while supplies last or until the end of the Promotion period or until promotional funds are depleted, whichever occurs first.  You are limited to one (1) Discount per Eligible Product per Newegg account, even if you purchase more than one of a given Eligible Product. As an example, if a hard drive is subject to Discount and you purchase three of those hard drives, you will receive a Discount on only one of them.  A Discount may not be combined with any other offer or promo code. 

The decisions of Newegg Inc. shall be binding and final with respect to all matters relating to this Promotion, including the determination of which orders are eligible to receive a Discount.

Any purchase subject to this Promotion is also subject to all terms and conditions contained in Newegg’s standard Policy and Agreement, except to the extent of any express conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Policy and Agreement.
