For orders placed outside the U.S., we accept all major credit cards.

We also accept PayPal in a majority of countries with few exceptions.

During the order checkout process, with most of the countries, Newegg will calculate and display the order total amount along with the estimated customs duties and applicable import VAT/GST (Est. Duty & VAT/GST), the countries importation authority would levy on the order. Should you elect to proceed with completing the purchase, the order amount as well as the Est. Duty & VAT/GST is charged to the payment method of your choice. Shipper of your order handles the customs clearance process for importation on your behalf and your order will be delivered with duty and tax fully paid for.

For orders shipping to Russia, we do NOT estimate customs duties and applicable import VAT/GST (Est. Duty & VAT/GST), NOR charge such amount to customer during the customer purchase. This means your order will be shipped with delivery duties UNPAID, in which case the shipper of your order will facilitate the import clearance process on your order with local customs authority, however you or the recipient of your order may need to pay applicable customs duties and/or VAT to local customs authority or final delivery carrier separately before your order can be delivered.

Newegg offers multiple shipping options on international orders through our shipping carriers.

Items shipped by Newegg typically have an average transit time of 4-7 business days or 2-3 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

Items shipped by our Marketplace sellers can typically be delivered between 1 to 2 weeks, with faster shipping options are available on selective items from a majority of our sellers. For items shipped by seller, be sure to check the estimated shipping lead time displayed with your order during checkout. Please note that delivery times go into effect once an order is shipped out. Most orders are shipped out the same or the following business day; all orders are shipped out within three business days from the time of payment confirmation.

Orders shipped by our Newegg International shipping Service or NISP can be tracked from start to finish using your NISP tracking number. NISP Orders will first ship to a Newegg forwarding location before continuing its journey to your overseas destination. Click here for more information.

While most products come with a 30-day return for refund policy after delivery date, be sure to check the Warranty & Returns tab on the product page of the item you have purchased or looking to purchase.

Items offered by our Marketplace sellers are only eligible for a refund for international returns to ensure a quick resolution to any issues you may encounter with your purchase.
