A free pickup service option by Newegg provides local customers the convenience to pick up their order from our Newegg Pickup Center instead of waiting for it to be shipped.
This option will appear in your shopping cart if all items in the order are eligible for pickup and you are close to one of the Newegg Pickup Centers.
Marketplace merchandise or products fulfilled by our partners are not available for this option.

No, the Newegg Pickup Center does not accept any form of payment for your order. For privacy protection and security purposes, payment for your online order can only be submitted during the Secure Checkout process.
An online order processed before 3:00pm (local time), Monday through Friday, will be ready for pickup on the same day. You will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If an order is processed after 3:00pm, it will be available for pickup the following business day.

You will receive an email notification when your package is ready for pickup.
Before you go to pick up your order, please bring all of the following items with you. You will also need to sign for the package.
Note: You can print a copy of the Order Pickup Slip from your account during Secure Checkout or from the link under your Ready for Pickup e-mail.
If you want to have someone else pick up your order, you can specify this when filling out the Pickup Receiver Info section during Secure Checkout or by logging into your account after the order is placed.
The assigned person (Friends and Family) must bring the Order Pickup Slip, their photo ID and the credit card used on the order.
Note: Your order will not be released unless the pickup person shows a government photo ID and the Credit Card matches the name on the Order Pickup Slip.
Your orders will be held at the center for seven business days after a "Ready for Pickup" email issued to you. We'll send you a reminder email during the seven business days pickup period. If an order is not picked up after the holding period, we will return the merchandise to the warehouse and refund your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card).
Note: If you are not able to pickup your package within seven business days, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Yes, we will accept your RMA packages ONLY at our California Hybrid Center drop-off and transfer them back to the processing center for free. You need to apply for a valid RMA number online before dropping off your merchandise. Your RMA for refund or replacement will NOT be processed at a Newegg Hybrid Center.

Note: We'll hold your order for 7 business days. If an order is not picked up after the holding period, we will return the merchandise to the warehouse and refund your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card).
