A free will-call service option by Newegg, provides local customers the convenience to pick up their order from our Newegg Hybrid Centerâ„¢ instead of waiting for it to be shipped.


This option will appear in your shopping cart if all items in the order are eligible for will-call pickup and you are close to one of the Newegg Hybrid Centers.


Marketplace merchandise or products fulfilled by our partners are not available for this option.

Order Online, In-Center Pickup FAQs

After your Zip/Postal Code has updated in the shopping cart, you will see a 'Will Call Service' message if your order is eligible for this service. At the shipping charge field, your nearby locations will be available for you to select. Just click the "Use Will-Call" button, and your order will be ready for local pickup instead of being shipped.

Note: Our selection of pickup points will expand as we increase the number of Newegg Hybrid Centers.

No, the Newegg Hybrid Center does not accept any form of payment for your order. For privacy protection and security purposes, payment for your online order can only be submitted during the Secure Checkout process.


  • Will-Call orders only accept credit or debit card payment. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
  • You must use a card with the same state address as the selected Newegg Hybrid Center location. You will need to bring this card with you at the time of pickup.

Note: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for Will-Call orders.

An online order processed before 3:30pm (local time), Monday through Friday, will be ready for pickup on the same day. You will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If an order is processed after 3:30pm, it will be available for pickup the following business day.

You will receive an email notification when your package is ready for pickup.


Before you go to pick up your Will-Call order, please bring all of the following items with you. You will also need to sign for the package.


  • Your government-issued Photo ID
  • The credit card used on your order (if used)
  • Printed copy of your Will-Call Order Pick Up Slip

Note: You can print a copy of the Will-Call Order Pick Up Slip from your account during Secure Checkout or from the link under your Ready for Pick Up e-mail.

If you want to have someone else pick up your order, you can specify this when filling out the Will-Call Receiver Info section during Secure Checkout or by logging into your account after the order is placed.


The assigned person (Friends and Family) must bring the Will-Call Order Pick Up Slip, their photo ID and the credit card used on the order.


Note:Your order will not be released unless the pickup person shows a government photo ID matches the name on the Will-Call Order Pick Up Slip.

Your orders will be held at the center for seven calendar days after "Ready for Pick Up" email issued to you. We'll send you a reminder email during the seven calendar days pickup period. If an order is not picked up after the holding period, we will return the merchandise to the warehouse and refund your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card).


Note: If you are not able to pick up your package within 7 days, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance

Yes, we will accept your RMA package drop-off and transfer them back to the processing center for free. You need to apply for a valid RMA number online before dropping off your merchandise. Your RMA for refund or replacement will NOT be processed at a Newegg Hybrid Center.


Note: Indiana and New Jersey Will-Call center CAN NOT accept RMA

Note: We'll hold your order for 7 calendar days. If an order is not picked up after the holding period, we will return the merchandise to the warehouse and refund your method of payment (Credit/Debit Card).
