How and when do I get paid?
Funds will be sent via check to the bank information listed in your Seller Portal. Payments are generated on the second Wednesday after your transaction date. In the near future we will be issuing payments via ACH transfers directly to your bank account.

What products can I sell on Newegg?
Categories now include Apparel & Accessories; Arts & Crafts; Auto & Hardware; Baby; Luggage & Bags; Beauty; Home Living; Jewelry & Watches; Outdoor & Garden; Sporting Goods; and Toys, Games & Hobbies. Currently, all Computer Hardware and Consumer Electronics are under evaluation and may become available in the future. If you would like to request a specific category to be created, please email marketplaceseller@newegg.com.

Can I get Fraud Protection?
Yes, if the Seller follows all the appropriate Newegg guidelines, which are listed in the Merchant agreement.

What is the cost to sell on Newegg.com?
Newegg is committed to providing the best value to our loyal customers and we will provide our Sellers the same opportunity by waiving all monthly fees and transaction fees. In addition, we offer the most aggressive commission rates in the industry and strongly encourage our Sellers to pass these savings on to our beloved customers.

What's the difference between Newegg Mall and Newegg Marketplace?
Newegg Marketplace and Newegg Mall exist on two different platforms, with different pricing structures and different business models. In addition, Newegg Marketplace lives on the Newegg.com website, under the Marketplace tab, whereas Newegg Mall has its own website, located at neweggmall.com.

Will there be promotional opportunities for Marketplace Sellers?
Yes. Our promotional vehicles will have opportunities available to help Sellers drive sales, provided they meet our criteria. Our Merchant Services team will be working closely with our Sellers to schedule and identify the best products for our customers.
